Yesterday was a great day. Meals went as planned, even had ice cream last night and enjoyed it without regret. It's all part of the plan...
Today, I was late on the planning, but here we go:
Breakfast:
- cereal, one cup with milk
- half banana
- water
- fat-free yogurt
- banana
- tea latte with FF milk and SF syrup (note to self...YUCK...no London Fogs again...barf)
- Lean Cuisine Chicken Carbonara
- tomato and 1/2 cucumber
- apple and cheese stick
- 1 1/2 cup Chili with 1/4 cup measured grated cheese, onions
- Caesar salad with homemade caesar dressing and croutons! YUM!
This will pose a dilemma... I think a hot chocolate and drink it slow? Will be a challenge, but I think if I focus on the conversation and be mindful of drinking it slow, then it will do. Veggie plate if they have it. Worried that today is too thin on food and then I will be starving...
